While her crew was locked away in stasis, Legna chose to bide her time, waiting for an opening to finally release them from their prison.

For a long year she remained in the employ of Admiral Adar Saul, one of the crew's most formidible adversaries.

She hated him at first, blaming him for her seperation from those she cared so deeply for. But over the months she began to understand him and why he was in the position he was, and through that understanding she came to trust him and even enjoy his company.

And even Adar began to enjoy hers...

In the last few months of her stay with him they developed affectionate nicknames for each other, she naming him 'Sunshine' - an ironic mix between his sunny hair and serious, stern demeanor - and he naming her 'Moonshine' because of her intoxicating yet enjoyable aura.

While this scene never happened in story, the two care for each other very deeply, and at least on Legna's part she loves him almost as much as she loves her dear Vampire.

And now Adar has at least one person in the big lonely universe who cares if he lives or dies.
